Bath Fitter is seeking a Branch Leader to lead a high-performing team across sales, installation, and administrative functions in Louisville, KY. You will drive branch growth, profitability, and operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation.

Responsibilities include coaching, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with regional leadership to implement growth strategies and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team.
• Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• International travel is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport).
