Bath Fitter seeks a Branch Leader in Arlington, TX to build a high-performing sales, installation, and administrative team while owning the branch P&L. You will drive growth, accountability, and an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation, leading change and optimizing operations with regional support.

You will manage a fast-paced business, develop talent, ensure safety and inventory controls, and participate in leadership development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team.
• Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• International travel is required. Valid government-issued ID (Real ID or passport) for travel.
