OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager in Lexington, NC to lead a customer-focused team on-site. You will coach staff, drive branch performance, manage collections, and ensure compliance while delivering responsible lending options to customers in the community.

The role emphasizes leadership development, training programs, and opportunities to advance within the company. Travel is local for business development as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.
• Preferred: college degree or underwriting/credit decision experience.
