Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in a community-driven role. You will coach staff, drive loan sales and customer-focused lending decisions while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 with an incentive program based on performance. The position is on-site in the Lexington, VA area, with local travel for business development and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required.
• Preferred: College degree or underwriting/credit decision experience.

Responsibilities

• Build an environment that is customer focused with options presented in lending.
• Manage collection activities including consulting with customers on loan payments for past due accounts.
• Attract and develop high-quality and diverse talent.
• Coaches team members by providing actionable feedback and empower career growth.
• Drive branch performance by motivating team while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
