OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager in Shrewsbury, NJ to create an engaging environment where customers and colleagues flourish. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure all loan options are clearly reviewed to meet customers’ needs while staying compliant.

You will travel locally for business development, motivate staff to hit sales goals, and develop high-quality, diverse talent. Base salary ranges from $52,000 to $60,000 with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months where required.
