Northeastern Supply, Inc. in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the local branch and drive sales, profitability, and market share while ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

You will oversee sales, warehouse logistics, inventory management, finance, facilities, and team development. The role requires 1–3+ years of experience in a similar role (3+ years preferred) and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a similar role (3+ years preferred); wholesale distribution experience a plus.
• Supervisory experience and proficiency across all branch operation functions strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours; comfortable working in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
