Job summary

Northeastern Supply, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to drive sales, profitability, and market share while overseeing branch operations, staff, and customer success. The role spans sales, warehouse logistics, inventory, finance, facilities, and team development.

You’ll lead by example, setting goals, coaching staff, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a dynamic wholesale

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in a similar role (3+ years preferred); wholesale distribution experience a plus.
• Supervisory experience and proficiency across all branch operation functions strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours; comfortable working in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch functions: sales, warehouse, inventory, finance, HR, and facilities.
