You will coach a small team, drive daily execution, and ensure results are consistently met in a fast-paced environment. The role requires leading a team, holding coworkers to clear expectations, and engaging in direct customer conversations about payments.

• Ability to work scheduled hours, including Saturdays
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
