Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a strategic sales plan to expand the branch customer base.
• Sets objectives and monitors performance of Outside Sales Representatives.
• Builds long-lasting customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering value.
• Directs operational aspects with Branch Operations Manager, including distribution and customer service.
• Trains and leads inside staff in warehouse, order management, and office duties.
• Develops forecasts and financial plans with responsibility for branch results.

Job SummaryThe Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring the sales and operations of the branch run smoothly and in accordance to company programs and standards.
