Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a Branch Manager in Douglasville to lead a customer‑facing team and oversee daily operations in our local branch. You will motivate staff, manage performance, and ensure exceptional service for customers seeking loans and tax services.

You will ensure compliance with lending regulations, oversee cash handling, and drive branch performance toward goals while fostering community relations and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license, with an acceptable driver’s record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
• Previous finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
