Job summary

FreightTAS in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Branch Manager/OTR Leadership to drive growth in truckload and multimodal operations across North America. The role offers relocation assistance and a base salary of $100k–$120k plus strong benefits; a chance to step into leadership with real autonomy.

You should bring 5+ years in transportation brokerage/3PL with 3+ years in leadership, and a solid understanding of North American trucking networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in transportation brokerage/3PL or related transportation operations.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Must have valid Visa to work in the USA - Visa sponsorship is not available.
