Job summary

Community Green Landscape Group seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation, and snow operations. You will manage profitability, budgets, and field performance while developing high‑performing teams.

This hands‑on leadership role requires building client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving safety and efficiency across the branch. Regular travel to job sites and extended hours during peak seasons are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of landscape, snow, construction, or related operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Recruit, coach, and develop field and management teams.

Regular travel to job sites is required, along with occasional extended hours during peak seasons and snow events. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, operating company vehicles, and visiting outdoor job sites in varying weather conditions.
