Position Summary

The Branch Manager II will be responsible for the internal and external sales and daily operations of a full-service branch and will be required to demonstrate excellent customer service in accordance with the Bank's Core Values.

This individual will manage, coach, and lead a team to execute all operational, service, sales and community initiatives as outlined by corporate policies/procedures and branch goals. Branch size would be $100MM or more. This position requires a greater emphasis on external business development and collaborating with internal sales partners.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Management
  • Responsible for the overall day to day operation of the branch including managing staffing levels, opening and closing, and ensuring audit controls are maintained.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate employees to achieve results that meet or exceed branch goals and objectives.
  • Process appropriate transactions and perform account maintenance as necessitated.
  • Promote the professional growth of employees through planned development activities and formal monthly coaching
  • Evaluate and complete periodic reviews on retail
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings
• Sales and Service
  • Work with Regional Branch Manager to execute sales initiatives and/or programs
  • Retain and grow existing customers into profitable relationships
  • Manage internal sales campaigns
  • Achievement of branch goals including Deposits and Loans for consumer and business
  • Applies customer service and sales techniques to actively cross-sell products and services.
  • Participate in community affairs to increase the bank’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
