Job summary

WAYPOINT TALENT seeks a Branch Manager in the Birmingham, AL area to lead a multi-million-dollar branch. You will supervise a small team and a large warehouse, drive GC sales, and manage profitability. Candidates should have branch leadership experience and strong local market knowledge.

US work authorization is required; relocation is not offered. A background/driving check is required, along with health coverage and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have led a branch before (Assistant Branch Manager acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of the Birmingham area and its customers.
• Basic computer and database skills.
• US work authorization with no sponsorship needed.

If you are ready to lead a multi-million-dollar branch, let’s talk. I know a branch manager has to be a little of everything, but it keeps the day going by quickly. Run the small team and large warehouse with skill, sell to GCs and watch the bottom line.

This is a full-time position with a pay of $55-75K with bonuses and benefits. The level of your leadership, building materials industry knowledge, and sales experience will determine base pay. I’ll give you an idea after we talk.

Musts:

• Lead a branch already. Could be smaller, could be a larger one as an Assistant Branch Manager. Very personable, interested and positive.
• There is no relocation and they would like to see people from the Birmingham area who knows the customers and area better than someone moving here.
• Current computer and database knowledge.
• Ability to work for any company, for any length of time without sponsorship in the US.
• Pass a background driving check.
