Wilson Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager at our Akron location to lead a team, optimize operations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee inventory, staffing, scheduling, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth service and branch profitability.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of branch or operations management, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in branch, operations, or store management.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, financial management, and safety compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with business software, including ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in the heavy-duty truck industry is preferred but not required.
