Qualifications

• Three years in customer service or sales with two years in consumer lending/financial services.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Ability to complete duties accurately and on time.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Work at the assigned branch location unless emergency or regulatory requirement dictates otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments and deposits.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals for products and services.
• Assist the Branch Manager with reports as needed.
• Maintain branch compliance and security standards.
• Coordinate daily operations in the manager's absence.
• Learn applicable lending laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Perform additional tasks as market demand requires.
