Job summary

Qualifications

• Three+ years of related Consumer Lending/Financial Services experience.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience or completion of lending training (e.g., BMT) or closely aligned course of study.
• Bachelor’s degree as listed; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Able to complete duties timely and accurately.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offer loan solutions meeting customer needs.
• Manage retention and maintenance of existing accounts including lending and collections to meet targets.
• Coach branch staff with actionable feedback to reach goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Prepare and submit reports reflecting branch activity and growth.
• Develop business by networking with local establishments and community relations.
