Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking a candidate to participate in a rotational program across Teller, Personal Financial Officer, and Branch Operations Manager roles. The rotations occur at multiple branch locations within Landmark’s operating area, and the role requires weekday work and every other Saturday.

You will report to the department Supervisor along with the VP of Branch Sales and Service, rotating through branches to gain a solid knowledge base and build strong member relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a team to achieve customer service and sales goals.
• Must be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
• Must adapt to change as rotations dictate.
• Must have or attain NMLS registration (NMLS#).

Responsibilities

• Observes experienced staff and learns policies, procedures, methods and standards.
• Achieves goals set by department or branch during each rotation.
• Demonstrates leadership and knowledge growth from rotations.
• Builds banking relationships with members and originates consumer loans within approval limits.
• Ensures members receive high quality, friendly and professional service.
• May attend meetings or training at HQ or off-site.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
