Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ year teller or lending experience.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent member service.
• Strong communication skills to explain products and processes.
• Experience recommending deposit and loan products based on member needs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong member relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Provide accurate, efficient transaction services, including support for commercial accounts.
• Educate members on digital and automated services and assist with enrollment and use.
• Assist members with opening new accounts with accuracy and compliance.
• Promote deposit and loan products based on member needs and current offerings.
• Support a full range of transaction, account servicing, and lending activities to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Promote ancillary insurance products when appropriate.
• Work loan pipelines and gather required documentation from members.
• Perform operational duties including ATM balancing and audits.
• Provide guidance and training to teammates as needed.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and training opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
