Job summary

SPEC Building Materials Corporation in Missouri is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to learn every segment of our business and culture, with the goal of eventually running a branch. The MIT path includes Customer Service/Counter Sales, product training, inventory management, logistics, branch management, outside sales, and leadership development.

This is a full-time, in-person role with a salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Preferably a 4-year BS in Marketing/Sales, Business Degree.
• Two years of Industry (or) Industry related experience in Building Materials.
• Two years of work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Participate in Training Modules: Customer Service/Counter Sales, Residential & Commercial Product Training, Inventory Management & Cost Control, Logistics & Warehouse Management, Branch Manager Training, Outside Sales, Leadership Training.
