Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Must be willing to relocate and travel to surrounding branches; reliable transportation required.
• Effective communication (written & oral) and PC skills.
• Ability to complete essential duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products.
• Must perform tasks at assigned branch location unless emergency exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to sale of products/services.
• Review applications and use product knowledge to offer loan solutions.
• Learn lending and collections as part of Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management in task assignment to ensure quality customer service.
• Approve exceptions to policy as authorized by management.
• Retain existing accounts by proactive outreach for additional products.
• Support Branch Manager in managing multiple priorities and reporting.
• In manager’s absence, lead branch team and coordinate daily operations.
• Perform relief assignments across markets as needed.
• Assist with additional duties such as payments, applications, and cashiering as required.
