Job summary

BankUnited in Miami is seeking an Assistant Branch Leader (ABL) to oversee day-to-day branch operations and model the bank's sales, service and production behaviors. The ABL acts as the in-branch leader on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include coaching staff to meet sales goals, managing risk and compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining branch integrity. The role requires 3–5 years in banking leadership and a focus on strong operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years progressive banking (branch) experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities required.
• Strong branch operations and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Market Leader in ensuring the branch meets and exceeds day-to-day sales and revenue goals.
• Lead, direct, manage and coach all personnel within a branch to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Direct and coordinate day-to-day Branch activities including budget, personnel, and risk controls.
• Ensure branch operations are accurate and timely; maintain operational integrity.
• Manage service levels and customer satisfaction; ensure compliance with policies and audits.
