Job summary

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• BA degree and/or 2 years in banking experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or branch management.
• Strong organizational skills and supervisory experience.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in leading the branch to achieve sales goals, including outbound calling and coaching.
• Supervise designated staff in daily tasks and performance decisions.
• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially per Gold Service Standards.
• Process loan applications within lending authority; assist in delinquent loan collection.
• Manage branch risks and security procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain a sales culture; cross-sell services to customers.
• Support tellers in balancing daily work and researching discrepancies.
• Assist with branch audits and maintain orderly branch appearance.
