George T. Sanders Company in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Aurora branch, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy plumbing, heating, and HVAC wholesale environment.

You will develop staff, manage budgets, oversee inventory and sales orders, enforce safety and company policies, and build strong relationships with customers and employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years general plumbing and mechanical aptitude experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail, wholesale, counter sales, or customer service experience with cash handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred; ability to lead and develop employees.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; forklift certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and employees to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop annual operating budgets for sales and expenses and manage branch performance to achieve budgeted results.
• Conduct weekly branch evaluations with employees to identify opportunities for improvement, establish goals, and track progress.
• Maintain inventory levels that align with actual sales and business needs.
• Oversee daily operations and sales order processes to ensure orders are handled accurately and completed promptly.
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and development to branch employees.
