George T. Sanders is seeking a Branch Manager for the Aurora location to lead day-to-day operations, develop staff, manage financial performance, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

The role focuses on leadership, training, scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to safety and company policies, with responsibility for branch growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of general plumbing and mechanical aptitude experience.
• Minimum 5 years of retail, wholesale, counter sales, or customer service experience, including cash handling and operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred, with ability to lead and develop employees.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office procedures; ability to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and employees to ensure high satisfaction.
• Develop annual operating budgets for sales and expenses and manage branch performance to meet budgeted results.
• Conduct weekly branch evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and track progress.
• Maintain inventory levels aligned with sales and business needs.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, rules, and safety regulations.
