Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven, progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in consumer lending, checking/savings, IRAs, CDs, and other credit union products preferred.
• Ability to provide on-site leadership in a small market/team.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to credit unions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and scheduling to meet member demand.
• Coach, hire, and develop staff to meet role expectations.
• Address and coach employees through complex member issues.
