Job summary

Dollar Bank in Natrona Heights is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I who participates in a comprehensive retail training program while working toward sales targets. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to cultivate a motivated sales and service team and drive a consultative sales approach to grow customer relationships.

You will lead coaching sessions, monitor performance, and contribute to branch operations with accountability and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year sales goal track record.
• HS Diploma/GED with 5 years sales achievement.
• Retail Banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year managerial or supervisory experience.
• Willingness to travel to training; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch’s development of new customer relationships by greeting customers in the branch, scheduling appointments with leads, and conducting outbound calling efforts.
• Assume a leadership role while motivating and holding team members accountable, assist Branch Manager in evaluating team member performance.
• Assist the team in all areas of branch operations including branch audits, security, and scheduling.
• Make sound, balanced decisions that prioritize risk management, profitability, and customer satisfaction in each transaction.
• Arithmetic skills to count money accurately and computer literacy to access account information and process transactions.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Bank products and guidelines by attending the required classes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Maintain the highest level of professional integrity and ethics.
• All employees have the responsibility to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank’s risk management program.
