Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager support role focused on staff development and delivering exceptional member experiences. You will recruit, train, coach, and supervise branch staff while driving goals and service promises.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budget awareness, and ensuring compliance with deposit regulations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED and knowledge of deposit regulations.
• Interpersonal skills including trust, diplomacy, and tact.
• Strong supervisory and personnel development skills with communication and training ability.
• Good judgment and ability to hire a strong team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong computer and software skills; teller backup capability.
• Physical work requiring lifting up to 30 pounds; computer use.
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and meetings/events attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in achieving Vision, Mission, Values and Service Promises.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and manage staff.
• Establish accountability measurements and evaluate performance.
• Provide leadership to reach branch and individual goals.
• Oversee scheduling, operations, and product delivery quality.
• Open or close branch, conduct meetings, and provide reports.
• Serve members, provide information and resolve concerns.
• Back up Tellers and other branch positions as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for deposit programs (Regs B, D, E, Z, CC, DD).
• Develop deposit program strategy and support new product development.
• Assist in annual budget and sales goals with marketing; monitor performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
