Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales role with coaching leadership
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience
• Understanding of financial statements and concepts
• Understanding consumer credit incl. LTV, DTI, credit reports
• Ability to leverage COIs to promote business
• Ability to influence business partners and cross-sell

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to achieve sales and service goals
• Outside calling to small business clients for relationships and referrals
• Oversee branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and internal controls
• Drive client acquisition and deepen current relationships
• Manage budgets, performance, and branch profitability
• Partner with other lines of business for cross-sell opportunities
