The ideal candidate has banking leadership experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license with NMLS and Notary where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking leadership or branch management is required.
• Education: high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, NMLS credential, and Notary are required.

Responsibilities

• Directs branch sales and operations to meet goals and compliance.
• Supervises staff, coaches, trains, and manages performance.
• Oversees budgets, audits, and regulatory adherence.
• Develops customer relationships and cross-sell bank products.
• Liaises with Marketing for effective branch displays and promotions.
• Ensures quality customer service and handles inquiries.
