You will lead a team, uphold safety standards, train staff, and foster strong customer relationships while optimizing schedules and inventory to support sales goals.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Formación

• Retail sales experience (2+ years) and management experience (2+ years) required.
• Clean driving history with no DUI/DWI in past 10 years.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong customer engagement and team leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet sales and margin targets and ensure timely and accurate branch reporting.
• Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative and safety-focused environment.
• Guide staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer-centered service.
• Provide proactive training and development to strengthen team capabilities and customer relationships.
• Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency and support sales objectives, while monitoring inventory.
