Job summary

Satellite Shelters Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to oversee business/finance, sales, and personnel development across the local branch. The role focuses on delivering profitable P&L results, maintaining annual budgets, and driving ROI through asset management and market pricing for rentals and sales.

You will lead a team of sales and admin staff, recruit and develop personnel, and ensure safety and compliance while achieving branch targets and strengthening Satellite’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
• Proven leadership and managerial skills.
• Experience recruiting and developing employees.
• Experience with accountability for P&L performance.
• Demonstrated successful personal sales experience.
• Experience in a rental or leasing business with repeat customers desired.
• Manage assets in $15-20mm plus range
• Manage revenue in the $10mm plus range
• Experience in conducting inquiries, investigations, audits and reviews

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage the P&L results for the branch.
• Ensure yearly budget is created and maintained timely.
• Meet or exceed pre-tax profit plan.
• Manage expenses to plan and business level.
• Maintain market-based pricing for rentals and sales.
• Manage assets and capital budgets to deliver ROI.
• Lead and supervise branch Sales Representatives.
• Develop annual sales forecasts and expense plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
