Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage the Profits and Loss (P&L) results for branch.
• Ensure yearly budget is created and maintained on time.
• Meet or exceed pre-tax profit plan.
• Directly supervise Sales Representatives and staff.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Monitor projects and enforce safety and quality standards.
