Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.

• Experience in a rental or leasing business with repeat customers desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage the Profits and Loss (P&L) results for branch.
• Ensure yearly budget creation and maintenance in a timely fashion.
• Meet or exceed pre-tax profit plan and manage expenses.
• Direct, train, and develop branch Sales Representatives.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Monitor safety, staff training, and regulatory compliance.
