Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, oral and telephone communication skills; proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations and supervise assigned staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage branch operations: opening/closing, cash handling, vault, balancing, security and compliance.
• Refer customers to other departments for loan and product services and promote cross-selling.
• Grow deposits and loan activity, improve profitability, and engage with the local community.
• Ensure policy adherence, regulatory compliance, and safe handling of confidential information.
