Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union (NGFCU) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Maryland and Virginia branches, ensuring exceptional member service and drive for sales. You will manage operations, regulatory compliance, and staff performance to deliver high-quality service.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of branch-management experience in a credit union or financial institution. Occasional travel to Virginia branches is required.
