Job summary

Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union (NGFCU) is seeking a Branch Manager to provide leadership across Maryland and Virginia branches. You will oversee member service, sales activities, business development, and regulatory compliance, driving growth and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will show strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to improve processes while coaching staff to deliver high-quality member service. Travel to Virginia branches twice monthly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or CU management program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Branch Management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maryland and Virginia branches to manage member service and sales activities.
• Oversee business development, branch operations and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow branch service and sales levels.
