JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will manage deposits, investments, operations, and team coaching to drive growth while upholding the bank's culture of service and integrity.

You will work with local businesses and clients to provide innovative banking solutions, ensure strong risk controls, and guide a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop team performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and high workloads.
• Experience fostering a strong risk and control environment.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Experience working in Retail Banking or leadership roles at Chase.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
