Minimum 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Proven track record coaching and empowering teams for growth.
Experience growing deposits and investments and managing risk.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.
