Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Manager in Massachusetts to lead a Chase Branch with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and a welcoming environment.

You will mentor staff, drive deposits and investments, and uphold rigorous risk controls while representing our brand and technology solutions to clients. You will steer a high-performing team, foster community engagement, and ensure operational integrity through disciplined policy adherence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Outstanding leadership to coach and empower employees.

• Experience building risk, control, and policy adherence.

• 2+ years in management or equivalent Chase leadership experience.

• Deliver on branch goals by using the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.

• Forge relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment by following policies and using sound judgment.
