Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Manager for our Dublin, OH location. You will lead a customer-centric team, delivering attentive service and modern banking solutions while driving deposits, investments, and operational excellence.

You will coach staff, model the company values, and ensure risk controls are followed. The role requires weekend/evening hours and travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Experience in Retail Banking and risk/compliance awareness.
