Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a Chase Branch, delivering attentive and friendly service while growing deposits and investments. You will coach a team, manage operations, and represent our brand with hospitality and technology-driven financial solutions.

You will guide the branch toward growth, build client trust, and maintain risk controls. Travel for training and weekend/evening hours may be required as part of leadership duties.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Experience in Retail Banking and at least 2+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.

• Build and cultivate a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
