Qualifications

• Experience in product and application knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve margins, and grow market share.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and sales representatives to strengthen customer relationships.

• Work closely with purchasing, operations, and sales teams to optimize inventory investment and product availability.
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise branch personnel.
• Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused environment.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to employees to achieve branch goals.
