Qualifications

• Strong leadership with coaching and empowerment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch
• Experience building relationships with clients and local businesses
• Demonstrated commitment to risk management and policy adherence
• Ability to leverage technology to educate and connect teams and clients
• 2+ years of management or retail banking leadership experience, Chase preferred or equivalent
