Job summary

Truist Nashville is seeking a Branch Leader to manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance, coaching staff, and developing new business. The role focuses on Small Business, Mass Affluent and IRM partnerships to deliver strong team and client outcomes.

The position emphasizes compliance, human capital decisions, and community engagement to uphold Truist’s Purpose and values. Strong leadership and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• Two years of financial services and small business expertise or equivalent experience.
• One year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to inspire, lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive public image in the community and instill Truist values.
• Drive branch business development and personal productivity across key segments.
• Grow revenue through Small Business and client strategies; develop Mass Affluent relationships.
• Represent the branch in civic and business networks to develop new business.
• Lead, coach and motivate the branch team to meet goals and ensure client success.
• Collaborate with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance and training completion.
• Make human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring and performance management.
