Job summary

First Mid-Illinois Bancshares, Inc. in Missouri seeks a Branch Manager to lead a larger volume banking center, directing operations and sales to deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience.

You will train staff, manage budgets, and implement bank initiatives while maintaining compliance and security. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of sales management experience; strong math and financial analysis skills are a plus.

• Ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions.
• Experience driving sales and leading teams in a retail banking environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and sales function of larger volume branch or stand-alone banking centers.
• Leads the team to deliver exceptional customer and team member experience.
• Ensures adherence to bank initiatives, compliance, security and procedures.
• Monitors branch performance, budgeting, and staffing levels.
• Develops goals for the retail team and coaches staff regularly.
