You will mentor staff, maintain compliance, and collaborate with regional leadership to meet corporate goals. The role emphasizes coaching, budgeting, and staff development within a customer-focused banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Associate degree and minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Understanding of credit and financial analysis.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational and sales function of a larger branch.
• Lead the team to deliver an exceptional customer and team member experience.
• Answer customer questions and own customer issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and team information.
• Manage budgeting and staff scheduling.
• Coach staff and drive branch performance and engagement.
