Job summary

Chase in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will drive deposits and investments growth while upholding our hospitality-driven culture and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions, manage risk, and strengthen community presence. The role requires weekend/evening hours and a proven track record in retail banking leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience in Retail Banking or equivalent.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Preferred: college degree or military equivalent.
• Experience building deposits and investments and managing risk.
• Strong communication and team coaching skills.
