Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in Arlington, TX. You will drive customer-centered service, manage deposits and investments growth, and coach staff to meet performance goals.

The role requires leadership experience in Retail Banking, strong risk controls, and availability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. You will represent Chase with hospitality and ensure adherence to all regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching to develop a high-performing branch team.
• Proven ability to grow deposits and investments through strategic planning.
• Strong risk and control mindset with adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused banking environment.
• Experience in managing branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent leadership experience.
