JPMorganChase in Alabama is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy Chase Branch, delivering welcoming service and coaching a team to grow deposits and investments. You will foster a customer-centric environment that strengthens relationships and drives performance across the branch staff.

The role requires a proven track record in leadership, coaching, and managing risk while delivering results in a fast-paced retail banking setting.

• You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
